Valess, a young child who lives in a commune of drifters and makes a meager living there, is startled to find himself face to face with Lock, a stand-alone golem. Valess obtains a golem of his own from Lock after learning that the leader of a criminal organization has a big reward on his head. He then chooses to accompany Lock on an expedition into the unknown, where a number of other bounties are also waiting to be claimed. This marks the beginning of their arduous and oil-filled voyage across many continents!
In addition to golem equipment that may be upgraded, there are also Edea Stones that are infused with life force, specific passive abilities, and unique ammo for a number of different situations. Bounty Centers are the best places to get information about current criminals and monsters, including the prizes they provide, where they can be found, and any unique traits they may have. Pay a visit to each commune and try to complete as many bounties as you can if you want to become famous and wealthy.
