To build the House, select and drag it to an empty space, then click on the green tick symbol to fix the House. But buildings need to be built beside roads so that everything is accessible to the citizens of your city. To build roads, select the Roads icon; it contains three types of routes: Road, Walkway, and Canal; then tap on grids to build them, and you can create your design and choice of directions.

To create jobs and make money in your city, you can build Commercial buildings like Seaview Resort, Beauty Salon, Bakery, Office center, Jetski, Bank, Underwater Restaurant, etc. Along with the cash earned from your town buildings, you can also receive an extra amount for completing each level and challenge. Gain more money to buy more buildings and become tycoon king in the Topical Paradise. You can also expand your city with more space to build various buildings for profit, but everything needs money to invest, so earning money is your goal.
