When a severe snowfall hit the mountains, Doyle lost and couldn’t find his way out. Thankfully, he came upon a group of hikers and asked them for help getting back to safety. The group then found a large estate where they could shelter from the storm and stock up on supplies. The next day, as the skies cleared, the group started their descent, but tragically, one of them did not make it.
There was a general increase in suspicion and paranoia amongst the group due to the circumstance. Things took a turn for the worst when a few strange dolls were discovered in the mansion, and another body turns up every time a doll goes missing. There is widespread anger, fear, and confusion. The question of “Who did it?” occupies everyone’s mind, and he begins to suspect someone close to him. Each person looked over their past experiences for anything out of the ordinary that would help them identify the real killer.
The story revolves around trying to figure out who did it and stop them. Yes, that’s all there is to it. This must be a type of video game that not everyone enjoys. It carried a lot of death and heaviness. As a result, many people have shied away from investigator detective games, even though they can be enjoyed in a completely safe environment. While you might not agree before watching Murders in Budapest, I think you’ll change your mind.
I have to start by saying that the comic book-type artwork in Murders in Budapest is just gorgeous. Even you, the actor, aren’t playing a pretty or nice person. It’s impossible to misjudge someone’s true intentions simply by looking at their face; every person’s expression and the intricacies of their appearance might be revealing. So when something bad happens, suspicion is very evenly distributed. While this is undoubtedly a positive development, it also contributes primarily to the rising complexity of evolution through time.
