The true essence of Hunt and Hook: Frontier lies in the combination of two separate game modes: Hunting and Fishing. Both have their own rules, different weapons and their own challenges. However, they are united in the ultimate goal: collect resources, own special animals and build your reputation as a hunting master.
- In hunting mode, players will cross deserts, mountains and jungles, where you will use guns, your task is to stalk the toughest predators and take them down as quickly as possible to receive the best score.
- In fishing mode, you will prepare fishing rods and bait to conquer any location such as: lakes, rivers or seas. You have to consider dropping your line in the best locations to catch the most special and rare fish.
No matter which mode you play, the most satisfying gameplay mechanics are how the player interacts between the two modes, using one to strengthen their advantage over the other.
